    Show us your motor!!!

Post a picture of what you currently drive. Or something you are or were quite fond of. Could be the car you never should have sold. I'll start, here's my daily that I've owned for the last few years. It's a cracking little motor that really has grown on me. It replaced a Toyota Yaris T-sport that was insanely reliable and cool?

    Got a couple

My mk5 fiesta track car with a 1.6 ecoboost and 6speed swap

And my daily mondeo. Does just about everything I want from a car bar being fast and fun.

Also got a mk1 fiesta project and series 3 landrover.

Big Red, 17 years on, and still my daily. (But my wife's car does do most of the donkey work)

It’s a fun little car for sure. 220bhp, caged, fully polly bushed on ar1’s and about 1000kg possibly less. I thought it was really fast until I dragged the Nissan back out recently

Love a mk2 fiesta especially an xr2 but never driven one. Got my mk1 project to scratch that itch though

My daily. Simple, reliable, comfortable, extremely good on fuel. Bought it on 44k, it's now on 110k and worth the same as when I paid.

Has given me issues with rear brakes twice in that 60k, but otherwise it's been a fabulous Dog Van and 200SX parts retriever.

I had planned to upgrade but with me having to buy the ex out of the house, that all went on the back burner.

It's a well made, nice to touch interior, spacious, comfortable family daily. Boot is big enough to fit my mtb. The native Google tech is easy to use. It's not a dynamic drive in the way a fiesta is for example but it does everything well. This is the standard range and gets about 190/210 per charge (now no heaters are needed) against a book of 240.

The same Chinese company now owns ovlov and polestar.

Overall I like it. Road/wind noise is obviously more noticeable with no engine drone to mask it but you get used to it pretty quickly.

I worked for Polestar from 2021 to early 2023. Interesting company to work for. All part of Geely, like Lotus, Zeekr, LEVC etc are.

PS2 is an C40 recharge with the PS specific top hat, designed and engineered by Volvo.

Interesting stuff guys, thanks. Is it sad/wrong that I'm actually quite excited for our electric future! Maybe too much sci-fi as a kid? Nah!

EV for all its niggles and lack of infrastructure is the way forwards for the time being like it or not. I chose this at its feels nicer than the kia is way better put together than a tesla and is easier on the wallet than the bmw/ford equivalents. Would happily choose the brand again. Although saying all that I've only done about 10k since I got in in November
