    lol.

I remember getting a passenger ride in one a few years ago and thought it seemed rather plush.

Knowing Deacon's predilection for big engined luxo-barges I thought I'd put the leg-end out there.

Like the VW he was looking at, its a 3.5 V6 FWD.

I wouldn't own one but that doesn't mean Deacon might not want one to scratch his luxo-barge itch

A customer at work has a 2.7tdi one, has done under 60k on an 05 plate and been owned by him from new, mostly motorway journeys.
So far its had an alternator, a starter motor, the waterpump leak, all of which are not nice jobs to do on that particular engine, then the (genuine vw) starter motor went again. Then last week the instrument panel and control unit shat itself, its also had an ignition barrel. It also eats tires even though its had four wheel alignment done. Its the only one i know of, and the only one i have ever worked on, but its a well looked after example and seems to be nothing but problems. And they seem to be a nightmare to work on, unlike most other vw's. Id steer clear personally after my experiences.

I have the A8 4.0TDi V8. It has quattro 4WD & full aluminium chassis / body so no rust. Bout 270bhp standard but a plug in chip raises it to 350. Nice big comfortable car with plenty of power & handles well. I'm selling mine only cause I never use it. Barely done about 2000 miles from last MOT if even. Might aswell let someone get the benefit of it.

How about a Xedos 9 Miller Deacon? Not much to look at but those engines are supposed to be awesome and can be had for < £1k. Lots of toys too.
