If you only bought them last week then you may be being a little hasty but when all's said and done - you pays your money, you takes your choice. He's been on here 2 weeks - i wouldnr be buying off him.
EDIT :
just looked him up - he's not a member, he registered on the 9th - so 13 days ago and hasnt posted a single thing - hmm.......

I've found a "polar mike" in the user list, but can't find any posts by him

If you paid by cheque, post up the address you sent it to.

ouch...slightly on a tangent here, but maybe we should have a sticky in the for sale section that has a few guidelines for buying stuff....
I know theres stuff in the announcement bit but a sticky with only a few recommendations would get peoples attention...

If you paid by cheque or card you can still cancel, even a week down the line. Just phone the bank and say it was a fraudulant cheque etc

So, you bought something from someone who has never posted on the board??

He pm'd me wanting £20+postage for a set of second hand pre-faclift sightlights

So he registered, watched the wanted section or just randomly PM'd folk saying he had stuff to sell?
Man... I'm sorry, but you just don't buy anything from someone who has never posted on a BB. I know it doesn't help for those affected, but still..

We should have a sticky thread in the for sale section for things like this.
A lot of this is happening at the moment
