    Injectors

Does anyoane tried "RC Engineering" injectors in a CA18DET engines?

i'm intersted if the "peak and hold" (as they name the low impendance injectors) are a direct replacement for the stock CA18DET injectors and if they fit in the stock fuel rail/ramp ???

do you know any other brand of injectors that can be bought (set of 4) for less then $400 ?

    Universal
    750cc, 6704

ok i have received the injectors from TLF performance today, and till now i'm not 100% satisfied, they look ok but they are not perfect all of them have same part number:

23250-45011 and a logo like a ND and one one of them i could read the word DENSO

for shure i'll have them flow tested as soon as posible and i post my coments

this sites list them as 190cc injectors, i have contacted the seler to see his opinion

i measured then and my multimeter showed on every of them 2.8ohm, i think this is ok for low impedance injectors

i'll keep you updated as soon as i have the flow and spray pathern results

did not fited them yet but the moment has come, the turbo(gt2871r) is fited , the Z32 afm is fitted, and the engine is crying for bigger injectors

flow test did not find any shop that could do a flow test and a spray patern..

i have no base map for z32 maf and 720cc injectors (with good K value and other exotic setings already done and tested) so i can start the negine afther i fit them and start working on that map altering only the fuel map and ignition map ()

so if anyoane had any experience with the venom injetcors please post here

what will be a good injector (brand/type in the range of 600-800cc) i saw jez have a 900cc injectors that runs fine, and i herd people with smaller injectors that could not be maped because the liked, did not had a good spray patern.....

my question is what will be a good quality injector witch is also a direct replacemet over the factory ones on the CA18DET ? (and do not require any hardware mods)

    so far i found:
    Nismo 600cc (around 200USD/injector)
    Siemens 750cc (around 90USD/injector)
    Tomei 600 (around 150USD/injector)
    Bosch 1600cc (around 90USD/injector)
    Greddy 720cc (around 120USD/injector)
    Bosch 1000cc (around 100USD/injector)
    HKS 680cc (around 190USD/injector)
    Sard 700cc (around 160USD/injector)
DSM Style Injectors, Ball Style - witch from serching on forum sems to be used by Jez and some others with succes (hope i understood corect)

I ran venom injectors from TLF performance last summer (550cc). I always had a little problem starting when the car had sat for a while, so I tried pulling the fuel pump fuse and letting the car die instead of shutting off on the key. Sure enough, the car hopped to life faster than you can say "leaky injector". Had them out a couple of weeks ago, put them in a spare fuelrail and inlet manifold and applied 2.5 bar of pressure using a stock FPR. After a minute or so, the tips were a little damp. Applied 3.5 bar (pumped up 1 bar of pressure on the fpr to simulate boost) and all of them started dripping at a rate of maybe one drop every 20 seconds or so. I'm going for nismo injectors this year.

what I can tell now - car doesn`t start at all ( just shooting, firing ) fuse trick done, timing and all other things checked - perfect ( car before ran brilliant ).
fuel with live editor in map have decreased by almost 1,5x - still flooding... before tried to pull out injectors - looks like they just pour fuel not spray.
    sparks - wet.
monday wil do flow test and will publish results here.
    bought from tlfperformance 550cc.
