No immobiliser, but thanks sandwich, it's fixed now. It was flooded out and the TPS is dodgy.

Edit: Also does anyone know where I can buy a new oem tps from the uk online? camskill sells one for £40 but its for automatics only, I need a manual one and can only find ones from japanese sites..

You can use the TPS from an automatic straight away without any modification.
It might be a bit more expensive that's all.

Was a bit hesitant to buy it as they stated in caps lock auto only

    Yep.
It has a bit inside that you don't need -the full throttle switch- but it's not wired in your engine harness so it won't do no harm.

If you want to find a use for the full throttle switch. Fit NOS.

How do you mean the TPS is dodgy?

I was having trouble with mine, once it was warm it wouldn't idle below 1600RPM. Tried absolutely everything, temp sensor, ECU. Resistors to trick the ECU etc. Turns out the TPS was slightly rotated on it's mount causing it to be preloaded.

Remove the cam angle sensor. Mine wouldn't start and when I removed the CAS the spindle had snapped on it

    Yes, good question.
I haven't seen a single broken TPS sensor yet.
How did you diagnose the sensor?
Is it the potmeter part or the idle switch part that is bad?

Should have added, I've got 4, all work perfectly well.
