S14 Road Legal Track / Race / Drift Car

A fresh out the box Nissan 200SX with 78,000 miles that’s never been raced, drifted or rallied. Only 600 road miles since it was converted to a track car. The rebuilt engine has only just been run in and the chassis has been fully seam welded, along with an MSA approved Custom Cages 6 point weld in cage. The build started in 2012 with a clean, low mileage, rust free S14 200SX. The original owner intended to use this as a first step into racing, but his plans changed and I bought it as a partially complete project. 10 years later and it’s finally finished!

The engine was fully stripped and rebuilt using fresh bearings, rings, guides, and gaskets in preparation for racing. It’s running in a low state of tune with a standard turbo but could easily be uprated with a bigger turbo and remap. I’ve installed an uprated stage 3 clutch and flywheel + newly rebuilt 300ZX Z31 gearbox as the standard boxes on these tend to detonate on track! The car has been set up for racing with a 1.5 way diff running a 4.1 ratio and brand new 6 pot callipers up front with Z32 rears. If you wanted to take it drifting, it has a hydraulic handbrake and the diff can be converted to 2 way. There’s not many left that are this tidy, and I bet there’s not another one that’s only done 600 miles since a full rebuild. MOT until May 2025. Small spares package including catalyst, discs, suspension arms, coil packs, spark plugs and sill panels.

    I love this. So much.

Hope it sells. I don't think people understand what a build costs.

You’re not wrong! It’s cost me a lot more than the £12k it’s being sold for
