Black top s14 swapped ps13

Hey guys wounder if anyone can help my friend recently purchased a ps13 with black to Sr engine but the problem is we cannot get it to run we sorted out the rata nest of wiring and removed the extras stereo etc so we can get a better look we have the car cranking but no spark or injector pulse chased power etc back to ecu found the power fc that had been fitted blown a cap inside also fpund alternator fuse has popped amongst few other fuses so all fuses been replaced stock s14a ecu has been fitted we now have power at the injectors and spark but the car still doest want to run it cranks coughs and then nothing (I will add it runs on easy start) with the oem ecu but take a plug out and it's bone dry

Sounds like the immobiliser relay stopping the fuel pump to operate

If you've got spark, it must be the fueling. Is your pump engaging when putting the ignition on?
