What is the diff fill procedure?
- Just drain and fill to the level? But what about the cooler and lines, do they need to be flushed as well?
- If I just drain and then fill, will it be low on oil when the pump pushes oil around the cooler?

I’ll be amazed if your diff cooler lines have anything except dust in them. I believe it’s as you say, drain then fill until it starts over flowing the fill plug.

Okay thanks. Just did as above. Maybe during the summer I'll jump the pump manually and see if it even still turns

Yep, good point! Can you start that pump throught the software?
i bet you can just stick 12v to the wires. the plug is probably in the boot under the carpet.
