Can someone tell me where these blocked off ports should be connected to?

I bought an S14a and when looking at the engine I noticed a few odd things I was wondering if anyone is able to tell me why someone would make these changes?

There is an aftermarket intercooler which is nice but I noticed that the pipe coming from the intake port side has been capped off.

Would this normally be connected to the recirculation valve?

The second is a blocked port on the intake pipe just after the air intake.

Would this be what the other side of the recirculation valve would normally connect to?

Finally, on the back of the engine, there is a port blocked off coming from the blue pipe and the other thing on the left side is a small bottle that is not connected to anything.

Is the blue pipe normally used for the EGR valve? And the bottle I have no idea what this is for.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

I also ran into an issue when pushing the car hard like I had no power until I went down a couple of gears and it picked up again.

First 2 are for the original recirculating blow off valve and associated pipe work. This is done to get lots of turbo flutter. 3rd one might be something to do with EGR setup but if it's blocked I can imagine that's been removed or bypassed too

Thank you the blue hose on the first image going towards the battery is also blocked off so as far as I understand that's all three parts I need to put a new recirculating valve on.
