When you put the pump back in, you need to reach right into the tank and make sure the filter is at the lowest possible point as they can get caught and sit higher in the tank causing fuel surging at low fuel levels.
Would also be worth putting 20 litres of fuel in the tank to tick low fuel off the list

    Sorted !!!!
Unbelievable really , turned out to be a faulty brand new sytec Z32 fuel filter from conceptua tuning , removed it from the car and no fuel came out the bottom of it so got my old filter and tipped fuel from the top of the faulty filter into the old filter and it passed straight thought out the bottom , thought it was weird , so looked up the feed pipe on the z32 filter and it had what looked to be a burred ring of metal inside loose so I guess it was a manufacturing fault, shame I spent on other bits I didn’t really need , but Thankyou to everyone who replied to this post with suggestions to help , in a better place now and the build can commence !

Good that it wasn't anything serious or any human error!
