    What oil for my s14a

    What engine oil should i use?

    I used 5w30m castrol last year is this wrong cz since i used it i seem to be burning oil?

    As far as I remember, the owners books states 5w30. But I have been running 5w40 for the last 17 years as she gets the odd kick in the guts on track. No oil ever used. But alway let her come fully up to normal temperature before giving her any hard driving.

    I prefer a 10/40 myself,even run 10/50 when i was doing trackdays.

    You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

    And if you can't fix it with a hammer,you've got an electrical problem!
