    Greddy profec b spec 2

Hi I can see this was a much talked ubout thing in the past but I've just got an MOT on my SX after owning it for 9 years.

    It's a stage 2a s14a with Hdev ecu.

This is all 1st time setup for me and I can't seem to work out the settings after reading all the posts on here.

Can anybody give me a walk through with some suggested setting and how to set them please.

I only seem to have SET, GAIN and LIMIT as options unless I'm missing something?

    Cheers

Scratch that, there's a link in the useful thread, but it doesn't work. I'll see if I can find it anywhere else, but there's a manual here...

I have this saved in my phone just incase I lose my settings. I'd say these were Horsham stage 1a settings though but it'll be a good starting point. (Credit to Drifter, for these settings)

I tried using these settings however I'm looking for each line on the controller but don't seem to have them?

Or at least not in a format where I can enter those numbers?

I managed to get it all sorted today with a fresh head however it feels like it has more to go still.

I'm not really sure how much more it's got in it but at the same time I don't want to kill it.

How do I find the limit, and what needs to be changed on the controller?

    Cheers

Set will increase the boost, gain is how fast it comes on boost.

Increase the set first assuming you have a way of knowing the fuel ratio is still okay? What turbo is it, standard?

You can increase the gain and just watch the boost gauge. If you go full throttle and you get a boost spike you’ve gone too far and need to reduce the gain slightly.

I don't currently have a boost gauge fitted buddy.

And it's a stock turbo yes. Apart from thr stage 2a mods listed on HDEV nothing else at all has been done to the engine

Get a good quality wideband gauge asap if you are tuning your boost yourself.
