SOLD: 1993 Nissan Sil80 (180SX) White:SOLD
Sale of my 1993 Nissan Sil80(180SX), which has been in my family for over 14 years. It has been my project for 10 years. I had almost finished it, except for Carbon Bonnet & Engine Bay Clean Up. Unfortunately since I got married and moved to new house I have no time for this car, I've done maybe 1000 miles in the last few years. It just sits in the garage.
History:
88k Miles(142k KM, never converted to miles)
2006 Imported from Japan (60k Miles)
2006-2011 My brother owned
2011-2012 2 other owners
2012-2022 Me
MOT:
MOT until September 2023.
Use/Abuse:
Despite its looks, it has only ever been used for any kind of motorsport twice(track days) under a previous owner in 2012. Otherwise just used as a weekend road car for Jap car events etc.
Body:

- Comes with the old 18" Rota wheels as shown(dirty & kurbed but no damage. Tyres are legal but old)

- ECU: OE ECU With NIStune board(tuned by FC Tuning many years ago)

Drivetrain:
Pretty much stock.
Corrosion:
I am glad to say this car is pretty much rust free:
- underside is clean
- only welding was small 2 x 4 inch patch in driver foot well
- original sils with no rust
- nearside front turret has surface rust, I investigated but not bad enough to be worth addressing
- front H-Brace etc all clean
I've had 3 S-bodies before, and this is a really good one.
Mechanics/Electical:
All working. No problems.
Paint:
Paint has been done professionally over last 3 years or so. All very good with no signs of failure.
Only paint cracks are:
- 25mm NS front bumper
- 40mm front lip front bumper
Bad Points:
- Diff is an old high mileage diff from a donor S13(was only supposed to be temporary). It's OK, but the car deserves a better/proper diff.
- Rear bumper fitment isn't the best, but never bothered me.
Future:
My family is obviously very attached to the car and we want to see it go to a caring owner who will treat it like we have.
NOTE: It's a loud, uncomfortable car, not for faint hearted.
