    Headlight bulbs

    Hello guys i need help,

    My pass side head bulb had failed it has a hid upgrade (shit job) but i want to put them back to OEM,

    Question 1 are headlight low beam h1? The old hid was but jist want to make sure?

    Question two where can i get a replacement bulb socket?

    Question 3, there are two wire green and black im assuming i can just solder them onto the new socket and it should work is this correct ?

    Yes both the bulbs are H1
    Don’t know about the other answers

    The H1 bulbs have only one pin. They ground through the body of the bulb.

    Any hid kits I've seen just replace the standard H1 bulbs. If this is the case the standard H1 bulbs should slot in to a metal ring to allow for grounding (bearing in mind the notch on the body of the bulb only allows it to fit one way) and then positive power is applied to the back which you could do with a female spade connector of the right size.
