S14a Rear Wiper Motor with Exterior retaining Nut & Spark Plug cover

The exterior nut, on top of the wiper arm and under the cap is available from Nissan or eBay on 28889-01G00.

If you can't find a spark plug cover either, you can still get them new under 13287-69F00. Assuming UK S14a aka VVT.
