    Alloys for v2 boss

So i am looking for alloys with a big enough offset for my s14 with v2 boss kit, obv the price is a issue

The alloys i have are team dynamic i think maybe two piece they came with the car i like the face and have seen people convert 1/2 piece to 3 piece alloys?

Is this a actual thing and if so who in the uk does this ? As I would just refurb and give them a bigger barrel.

    Thanks

It is a thing but I still question how legal or even safe it is.

Wheels are designed with a manufacturing technology in mind, a cast wheel has mechanical properties related to the shape of the wheel as a whole, not just to the face. So that always makes me nervous, much as the results look amazing.

Remember, wheels are designed to ETRTO guidelines and then certified by groups like JWL. A wheel that's been converted would, in my mind, qualify as something completely untested and thus it would be unacceptable in the eyes of the law if you had an accident.

Bolt on spacers might be a solution whilst you save up for bigger wheels

Spacers would be best while you find some to fit.
Failing that, send me many monies, and in exchange you can have my work equip 05s (17x9.5 et1 and 17x11.5 et-18).

Just giving them a bigger barrel wouldn't help you, as they would make them wider, but the inside of the wheel would be further in, and not out (you'd end up making the wheels a higher offset, when you need lower).
