Nissan redtop to vct head swap

I have a forged Nissan redtop sr20 det , with Tomei poncams . It has a garrett g25-550 turbo, and makes 400bhp at the flywheel about 18psi . Im interested to know if I could fit a bentcam head with vct , would this be worth any gain in the mid range,or would I be better to fit a better redtop camshafts, with the valvetrain to suit.

I dont think the heads are interchangeable are they? Could we see your power curve for the G25-550? It's proving very popular but still little data around on it on the SR20.

wild cams and heavy valve springs seem to kill VVT sprockets.

400 seems pretty low for that turbo. Why only 18psi?

    Short answer is no.

The S14 has an extra oil feed for the cam chain tensioner which isn't there on the S13 block.
