I know the standard diff is a vicous LSD. So does it matter if you use standard gear oil or should you get the equivalent "LS / limited slip" version?
If price is the same, would the LS version be the better option?

75W90 GL5 is the correct oil
Thanks, but it was more of a question of if the standard version or the "LS" version would be better. I messaged Opieoils and they said that since it is a viscous diff, buying the LS stuff would be of no benefit and just a waste of money. The LS is needed for plated/ etc. limited slip diffs.
The viscous fluid unit is sealed and is separate to the normal diff fluid. Just normal 75w90 from your favoured brand is what you wanna go for
