Most people would get them sold as the Cat is high value. You could ask sxjamie on here if he has one though.
Downpipe doesn't make that much difference to the overall noise though. Considered checking your exhaust for silencers?

Be hard pushed to find a stick down pipe. Best to just put a resonator in somewhere.

The downpipe will make little difference to the noise if it is loud enough to wreck your head. You want to be looking at the mid or end section for noise.
My down pipe went into the bin years ago and my car has been my daily for 12 years and it is very quiet but yet still makes 300bhp. I say mine is not much louder than stock unless you give her a kick in the guts.
- 3 inch turbo elbow.
- 3 inch down pipe.
- 3 inch Cat bypass pipe.
- 2.5 inch Mongoose cat back exhaust.
And very quiet. :-)

Not got any down pipes thanks for the tag though
As above put a box in place of the 2nd cat as a silencer
