S13 200SX Pop up light circuit question

Hello,
My S13 200sx pop up headlight can't drop down. I dont know what problem is that, the car electric wire , hardness , loom are very very confusion. it is difficult to follow the original pop up light circuit to find out the problem.


May I reconnect and make a simple new circuit, I taken signal from dash switch with a relay to control the light motor?

no, I am sure motors are work, both headlight can up and down if I supply 12V to the motor.
So, I want to just supply 12v to the motor with a relay
