PS13 rear quarter glass removal

Hi
just looking for some advice on removing the rear quarter glass, what technique have people used to best protect the glass and the outer rubber seal ?

ive spoken with a guy from national that do a lot of work for our business but he said he can do it but can't promise any damages won't happen so that fills me with confidence..............

failing a clean removal does anyone know where I can get new glass and seals ?

Unbolt it from the inside and remove same as a windscreen, as their bonded in.

You can get new seals from Nissan I believe, but they are expensive!
