Sr20det wierd noise after forged rebuild.

So this sr20det has been forged and fully rebuilt and never run as it has this wierd noise. Everything has been taken apart and inspected over 3 times such as all measurements, clearences and everything seems to be good( was checked by a good friend) . But still can't figure this out. The engine hasn't even been run in yet since rebuild. As anyone encountered this problem?. Couple of videos to get an idea.

Mine does the same thing. I thought it could be the VTC, so i got a new one but still does it. Now rebuilding I'm checking the shims are good, which can also cause that noise.
When taking everything apart I did find the screw of the chain guide was loose, so maybe it was that.

So, check the VTC, shim clearance and the chain. Maybe it's slapping around. Maybe not enough tension or hitting the L piece at the top between the cam gears.
