    Driftworks arms

I've got DW arms all over the car and the front keeps coming loose.

Due to it, I've had two MOTs aborted.

After the first time, I had to repair it outside and then the second time I decided to take everything off, completely start again only to see the same thing happen again.

I couldn't have tightened it anymore than I did so I'm out of ideas.

Any advice other than bin them and stick the oem ones on?

    Thanks!

    Kishan

Which arms exactly? Anything with a rose joint is shite and going to wear out in 10 seconds on the road so no amount of tightening will take the play out, most of the time polly bushing the oem front end is far better IMO, obviously you need adjustable arms on the rear to get the correct camber or toe but bushed adjustable arms using the stock bolts don't usually undo.

    Cheers Dan

My guess is you've got DW adjustable lower control arms. If you have, you wouldn't be the first person to be disappointed with them. m200sex had some back in the day and got rid of them for pretty much the same reason, never holding adjustment well.

Those are the ones I have.

I spoke to Nispro yesterday and they said it's better when it's done on the ramps so hopefully the garage can sort it out.

Yeah, Ali absolutely could not get on with them, I remember it well. Go back to a standard arm mate would be my advice.
