are they just going to strip the areas they need to work on then recoat the entire floor pan to match? as that is well different to media blasting the entire underside.

the whole interior would probably have to be taken out too. you could save some money by stripping it out yourself and getting it so they can just roll the car onto a 2 post lift, jack it up and the subframes stay on the floor. bash some strut braces back on the shocks and wheel the subframes out from under the car.

are they going to stick it on a rotisserie or just use a 2 or 4 post ramp?

im not a fan of powder coating underside bits, it always chips and rust wicks under and flakes it off. if its all getting media blasted then that provides an awesome key to the surface which i would then put a zinc rich /galvanizing paint ontop of.

Yes I took it to him, was there a few hours so he could have a good look over it.
