Hello!
I woke up this morning to an unsettling sight! My front tyre has deflated and I'm not sure why, as I was driving it on Wednesday.
Now I've noticed a few things I don't like now that I've driven this car a bit, with the scariest being the rear end kicking out for no reason. I was going over a roundabout last Thursday and my rear kicked out violently, I brought the car under control quickly and carried on my way but it did shake me up a little (the ground was wet but still). Then on Wednesday, I go to give it some gas to catch up with traffic (as I was going 30 in a 60) then again the tail kicks out really bad and I had to do some pretty drastic counter-steering to keep it from spinning out.
My question is: is this the result of the tyres or just driver incompetence? I'm by no means new to driving and I have my pass plus and even taken performance driving training so I can struggle to see what I could be doing wrong here, but after seeing my tyre deflated this morning I'm not thinking it's the tyres that might have been causing the issue. What tyres do you recommend?
Here are some pictures of the tyres I'm using and of the now deflated tyre (the pictures were taken on the 28th when I was looking at potentially getting some new rims).
