    The Newbie

    Hey all,

I hope I'm aloud here even though I may be lurking for some time so where do I begin before the pitchforks commence,

I'm currently in the process of restoring and fixing up a '79 Mk2 Escort, classic RWD british tinbox, it's slow and straight piped, whats not to like however the hankering for another forced induction jap is too much,

As a result the hunt begins for a clean-ish non-drift/tracked S13 (200sx), wish me luck

Hopefully, I'll be welcome here, once finally in the club I'll donate to the site

These are the only photo's I have before I started to strip her down completly which I am still in the process off, she's now fully stripped inside so I can have a closer look, for a south african car the floor and body is a damn sight better than the one's we used to see back in the 90s and pretty good for a 41 year old car

Found myself a louvre which was stuffed in the boot which I was well excited about, proper mad max style. The exhaust on the other hand is essentially a 2.5" straight pipe with little to no muffler and a 3" tip, it rumbles, it's loud and mean.

Thanks that's much appreciated, when the time comes when I do pick up a 200sx I'll keep that in mind, in the meantime know anyone who's thinking of moving theirs on in the coming months
