Move pin 48 (currently black / red) to pin 40 (currently empty)
They're directly opposite each other:
If this doesn't work then I'm out!
Did this ever get solved? Currently going through the same thing, power to everything but injectors not firing! PLZ HELP!
Haven't read everything but I believe it could be the ECU, I think when wires get mixed up something in the ECU needs to be repinned. Someone may have said this but I haven't read the whole thing. Have you had the timing looked at? Martin Battye got my car running when I had a similar issue.
I've checked everything, everything looks to be pinned correctly, I even have 12v and the negative signal from ecu to fire injectors but the injectors themselves won't fire. I have tested each one and they're not blocked and have plenty of pressure
the ecu in a s14a is different to s14 so i assume the loom is different
If you want to buy a CAS pm me, I have a good working one which has just came out of my S15r.
I had to swap Trigger 1 and Trigger 2 wires around for my car to start after fitting 50 ignite CAS replacement kit, if your stuck it's worth trying since it's free.
Thanks for the help guys, i checked and tried eveything, 3 days of headscratching and trying things and nothing worked.. but after leaving the car 3 days unplugged I turned the engine over and finally had fuel out the injectors. How random!
I'm leaving this thread now and starting one about identifying some plugs I have lol
