Nats problem

Hi all.
So Ive just put my Sr from my old s14a into my jap import s14 and used Sr, ecu, and engine loom from the 14a and plugged into my jap loom. Noe my issue is the nats won't let the engine start. And I know I need my old key and halo but what about the black box that sits under the stereo? Also if that's the case the jap interior loom is different and has no plugs for the halo and the nats black box. And I really don't fancy loosing power fold mirrors or power sun roof. How can I get this sorted as I do have both cars but I don't want to swap dash loom.
Any help will be appreciated.

The black box under the stereo is the acu and only controls the remote locking

OK so won't need that? Only need halo and key I take it? Hopefully halo plugs in jap loom

The NATS IMMU box you need is located by the ECU:
