    1M relays

    Hi guys and gals,
How do the pins 1,2,3,5 on Nissan 1M relays relate to normal 85, 86, 87, 30 relays pins ?
    Cheers, Dick

    FSM Page EL-3 & 4.
    1M 1 coil = 85, 2 coil = 86, 3 contact = 30, 5 switched contact = 87.
Relays have a little picture on top and small numbers next to terminals. The 2 pins spaced apart are coil, 2 adjacent are contacts.

ECCS, fuel pump and ignition relays are all green.

No one is sure what difference is between a blue and green 1M relay. Blue relay has a resistor in parallel with coil. I've never looked in a green one but a diode test doesn't find a snubber diode, so connection either way round to coil and contacts is ok.
