Best solution to overspray on rear lights

As title says does anyone have a good way of removing paint, dust and dirt off the rear lights without damaging them?

Clay bar and machine polisher would probably work

This is the safest method, anything this doesn't remove could be tackled with some 2000 grit or finer that's been soaked in water for 10 mins

As said, a clay bar and very fine wet and dry will get the overspray off, then a 'plastic head lamp restorer' with a MOP will bring back the shine.

A scouring pad and water will do it. Or T-Cut with a microfibre cloth.
