Does anyone know the part number for the front windscreen rubber mould? As the one on my car is a bit messy and I was looking to buy replacet mould with the corners as apparently nissan has 2 different ones but non have the corner joints

It comes in three or 4 parts from what I remember. Its not as easy as you maybe thinking. There are 2 upper corner bits, two side and one top IIRC and under it all there is a channel into which it snaps in. Auto windscreens were messing me about for about 2 months and then said they would have to order the surround from Japan and it would take 3 months lol!Originally Posted by andrejdms14
Anyway.. long story short.. you're better off a) waiting until the windscreen cracks and getting everything replaced by the company who does it or b) getting an aftermarket one piece rubber.

I have contacted nissan they said they can get a mould but it comes up in 2 half's and a center piece for the top. Not sure if this is right

Sounds about right, but the thing the windscreen fitter was moaning about was the u channel that it clips into. They always break on removal of the old stuff. So if you are getting it from nissan make sure you get the channel too.

OK m8 I'll just ask nissan to order a full windscreen mould kit that way I can go wrong

I double checked today. 5 pieces. Top, corners (corners could be part of the top) and sides.
