My own SXOC email gets little email these days, and I don't check it often, but I do get EuroCarParts marketing emails which are more accurate than any atomic clock.
One 10am Tuesday 12th, one 10am Thursday 14th, one 10am Saturday 16th and on 10am Monday 18th.
I should expect another 10am tomorrow Wednesday.

It seems to be back up and working but I am a bit concerned someone is getting other people's emails
Oh it had an issue but nothing like other people getting emails for the wrong people, i think the antispam appliance stopped liking the server for a bit, mainly because of the amount of crap people have signed up for over the years.
As for browsers, I only use chrome, seems fine for me.
My tests worked and nothing in any queues...
