Heater issues

My car has been standing for over 4 years and I am trying to revive it.
I can't seem to control the heater, it sits on full hot and it doesn't change to cold.
I have installed the JDM digital climate control many years ago so I have to option to self test the system and it doesn't come back with any error codes.
Any ideas of how the heat is controlled and where the components are located?

Not sure if it’s different when you have the digital controller but when my standard heater had similar issues it was a relatively cheap replacement part below the glovebox which I bought off ebay. It looked like burnt resistors. Have a search of heater control issue on this forum.
