Can anyone identify this? And what hub side bushes etc

Hi all. Took rear subframe out with diff arms and hubs. This fell out and I have no idea what it is as everything is rusty lol refurbishing. Also would like to know as I am changing standard arms to adjustable japspeed ones what are good bushes for hub sides. It won't be drifted only as a daily. Also can the original diff cooler be eliminated or not? Thanks in advanced

It’s the lower support for the rear subframe bushes. Sits between the nut and the bush.

    I highly recommend these

Won’t cause binding under compression like polybushes do and will pair perfectly with the bushed hardrace arms

Yea I’m glad a made the switch with the coil over removed a can jack the hub up much further before it starts lifting the car compared to the polybushes. Seems to be a bit less NVH too but to be honest it’s all pretty solid so hard to tell.

They’re a tight fit so ideally you’d heat the hub in an oven and freeze the bush assemblies and fit with a press. Clean the bush bores out well too

The front subframe bushes are retained by the ‘boomerangs’ that bolt in two places to the chassis

Also. Does anyone know if I can delete the diff cooler? Or if anyone that has an upgrade link as my pump and cooler are real rusty.

Yeah you can remove the diff cooler, it’s completely pointless.
