    Differential painting.

Anyone painted their differential? Cleaning mine as having subframe powder coated. Question is what's the best paint to use on a diff?

They were from Bren at Apex. I think he used Hard Race. If I was to do it again I’d go for soft bushes and not Rose Joints

Bet it did lol. Am thinking japspeed arms and solid bushes. Dunno yet. Trying to find wich arms are better as all my bushes are gone so might as well replace arms as they come with new bushes. Shall see. I will try to polish the diff tho.

Here’s a picture taken last summer, it’s been painted for 4 years now. Only drive it in the summer when it’s dry though. Epoxy is tough as nails!

Bushed arms only come with bushes on one end remember. If you want to bush the complete arm you’ll need to bush the hubs. There are two types in the hub, 2 of 1, 1 of another.

Ryan, that Pic looks good. Yes you have to bush both ends. Don’t rose joint them

All three are the same in the hub in my experience? That’s over three different sets of bushes too.

    I highly recommend these

    https://www.driftworks.com/hardrace-...-6pcs-set.html

Won’t cause binding under compression like polybushes do and will pair perfectly with the bushes hardrace arms

I could have sworn the toe arms were a different bush. Maybe it’s length. Been ages and happy to be corrected.

Maybe that’s in the arm to subframe end? Does seem a bit wider on the toe arm. Hubs the same though

Yeah hang on, the power flex site shows the traction and camber arms as the same bush, and the same at each end. But the toe arm is different, and different again at each end.

But that’s all about fitting into the standard arms. Hub end I bet is just length.
