Bulb, tariff is decent and you can leave at anytime without penalty if you find someone better.

    What’s their customer service like?

I dunno to be honest, been with them a couple of years now and been issue free.

They send me an e-mail before taking a payment which is nice, and give a good months warning before prices are due to change.
Not overly naggy when it comes to providing meter readings either.

I can fetch my tariff info if you like?

SSE because our meters are obscure and old and we literally can't change providers until the meters get "upgraded" to smart meters, but for some reason we're not able to get on the list to have that done because out meters are obscure and old.

Bulb also and similar. We've had no grief.

When I went to Bulb they didn't actually support Smart Meters, I think they kinda do now but I'd be surprised if they refused new customers due to their meters.
I use mine as dumb meters now, as far as they're concerned yours are just as good as mine.

EON because they upgraded me from some dreadful pre-payment meters to type 2 smart meters, but I will change to Bulb or octopus or someone like that in a years time.
money-saving-expert forum has an energy section that has stuff like this on it.

Sorry to be boring but I'm with the crowd on this one, Bulb on a prepayment meter for both gas and leccy. No issues.

Been through the mill with this, it's a disaster of a bespoke early 90's setup with 2 entirely independent meters - one of which is "offpeak" and only connected to specific appliances, and the other is "all day" connected to most sockets etc. It's not Econ 7 or anything else sensible for dual rates, and the rates on each meter are almost identical. No-one will take it on.

Been with Bulb for the last 2+yrs. No issues, no hassle the only time we have had to call them.

That and they matched our Solar rebate/tariff thing also.
