    SR20DET straightcam blacktop drop in engine setup

    I’m selling my SR20 which has cone out of my JDM import RPS13. It is a 1995 blacktop engine on around 100k miles (approx due to km-miles conversion) and has never been opened up as far as I’m aware (internals not been changed, doubt it’s been opened in japan either due to its condition). The engine has done roughly 15k in the 3 years I’ve had it and has been serviced every 5-6k, recently had replacement injectors (stock) and spark plugs.

    This winter I have removed the engine, stripped it of manifolds, ancillaries, water pipes, connections etc and fully cleaned, degreased and painted the engine block. I have replaced the inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets, throttle body gasket, thermostat (mishimoto 68 deg) and water pump. The coolant system has been flushed through as was the oil when it was dropped. Rocker cover has been painted in black as well along with all the brackets and tensioners. A/C compressor is not there as that was sold separately.

    The full kit will be as follows:
    - SR20DET blacktop straightcam engine
    - Engine harness + standard ECU
    - Japspeed tubular manifold w/T25G
    - Braided turbo lines
    - 5spd SR gearbox
    - Driftworks lightened flywheel
    - Exedy 3 paddle performance clutch
    - Engine & gearbox mounts
    - Boost pipes (recommend new joiners)
    - S13 front subframe
    - Short shifter


    Asking price is £3500 ono as a full drop in setup, essentially everything you need to get it running in an S13 shell (can’t confirm S14/15), all you’d need is a radiator, intercooler and prop shaft

    Perfect setup if someone is restoring a JDM 180SX
