CA18 fan shroud on sr20 swap?

Hi guys, I've got an SR20 swap coming up for my CA18 equiped s13. I plan to use the stock viscous fan, I figured the standard ca18 viscous fan won't fit, how about the fan shroud? Does the 180sx use the same one or close enough to be usable?
    Thanks!

CA180 fan shroud wont fit on an Sr20 engine car.
you want an s14 fan shroud or a Sr20 S13 one.
same with the viscous fan. although I think Rb ones fit and are a bit bigger. check the plastic fan blades for signs of age/cracks.

Thanks for the info! So s14 fan shroud and s13 fan shroud for sr20 are identical is that correct?

I don't think they are identical but either will work.

If you are not too anal about a standard look, you could leave the fan shroud off as long as you retain the undertray that runs under the engine.

This is because the undertray creates enough of a tunnel to allow the fan to draw air through even without the shroud.

You may want to enclose your air filter away from the rest of the under bonnet components though, especially if you are planning to go sideways.
