    Snapped handbrake adjustment screw

So yeah, I may have put a bit too much on the screw and the bolt snapped. I need to change the whole handbrake/front cable assembly. I was wondering if there are any other nissans with the same handbrake? It would make it easier to find a second hand one where I am.

I went for that but the guy said it wouldn't hold on. I wouldn't really know. If i got no other choice I guess I'll do that anyways.

I bet the physical handbrake is the same across the range but the cables are different.

could you get a place that does wire ropes for boats etc.. to make you a new cable part?

So yeah, had it welded but it snapped again.
Yes i have a boat place for that, and I finally found out what it's called so I could get a new stud sleeve from ebay. Just gotta be patient now.
Probably going to try welding again though, I kind of want the car now haha, It's been on jacks for 3 months and it's the last piece.
