    Arrow Eratic rev counter *Fixed*

    Don't normally post solutions, but this had had me foxed since the summer. I had attempted to fix this before and soldered the main points directly behind the needle but this didn't work for me. Then today I fancied another go and stumbled on this recent video:

    Seems the issue for me was the 22 micro solders on the pins of one of the components on the board. I hadn't touched these the first time round as I was a tad nervous of not being precise enough with my iron.... But after a lot of careful concentration today I resumed on these and fantastically it worked for me.... I was about to replace the gauge but glad I watched this video. He has quite a cool closeup camera of the issue on these tiny pins.

    Maybe might help someone else out...

    On another note, not sure if it's related, but I noticed after doing this fix my clock seemed a lot brighter? I've taken a photo which I'll try and post up. Maybe it's just my imagination....
