3D printing components [SX specific] PLA / Green-Tec Pro

Hello, I have constructed a couple of 3D printing parts for my 200SX S13 and thought, maybe someone is interested in something like that.

    Features Gauge Holder 3x52mm LHD/RHD:

    - Space for 3x 52mm gauges
    - Holding plate is firmly clamped / screwed to the dashboard
    - Robust construction
    - Weighs just under 70g
    - Material (PLA in black) is easy to paint
    - Thanks to the conical design, the displays sit very securely in the housing
    - Gauges are inclined 20 to the driver for optimal reading
    - high accuracy of fit
    - came with installation guide (via .pdf)

    Asking price: 35 + postage and paypal-fees

Features cup holder V1 up to 67mm diameter LHD/RHD:

    - fits perfectly for 67mm cans (330ml / 500ml) and 58mm cans (e.g. Cola) due to variable nose
    - 250ml cans (53mm, like Redbull and Co) still hold their position reliably
    - cup holder is securely clamped in position and does not wobble
    - Robust construction
    - Weighs just under 75g
    - Material (PLA) is easy to paint
    - high accuracy of fit
    - came with installation guide (via .pdf)

    Asking price: 40 + postage and paypal-fees

Features Audi R8 ignition coil adapter:

    - Gives the Audi R8 ignition coils a secure and firm hold
    - Robust construction
    - Weighs only 30g per ignition coil
    - Material (Green-Tec Pro) is very temperature stable (up to 160 C)
    - high accuracy of fit
    - Material does not transmit temperature to the ignition coils as strongly as e.g. Aluminum or steel
    - fit CA18/RB25/RB26
    - came with installation guide (via .pdf)

Nice! Mind me asking what 3D printer setup you're using?

I have a MonoPrice Voxel - It is great too and cheap. Although, small build plate (150mm ^3)

Is there room for the loom to plug into the R8 coils with them fixed like that? Interested if this can be confirmed

I think it is the typical position for the R8 Coil swap. The same direction as the OEM ones ...

Nice quality and smart easy to use installation. In my opinion it needs no painting as the surface finish is so good.

    Warning:

Car dashboards can hit over 69 C after being parked in the sun on a hot day for only an hour ( https://www.livescience.com/62651-how-hot-cars-get.html https://www.sciencedaily.com/release...0524081730.htm ). The glass transition temperature of PLA is between 60-65C - this is the point the plastic starts to go soft and can bend and deform.

PLA is a bad material choice for this application.
