S13 CA18DET spluttering when on boost

    Hi Everyone,
I posted a while ago about my 200sx that I bought non starting. I’ve got it to start by resetting the CAS. Now when I’m driving and hit boost it will almost immediately stutter, almost like a boost cut. When the car is stationary it will rev all the way to the red line as it should. The car has a Horsham level 3 chip with a T28 turbo and all the required mods. According to the previous owner the car recently started stutters and then got worse over two weeks of driving but I obviously don’t know how true this is.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Compression test it

    Try different coilpacks

    New plugs - BCPR7ES with 0.8 gap

Already done compression test, got 110-130 psi on a stone cold engine. Changed the spark plugs for BCPR7ES when I first got the car

That seems fairly low and uneven.

Have you messed with the coilpacks yet?

Did you gap the plugs when installing them or just threw them straight in?

I haven’t messed around with the coil packs and I didn’t check the plug gaps I just put them in.

Check the inlet system for oil and turbo for play.

Take the plugs out and gap them to 0.8mm then go from there, sometimes the plugs come pre-gapped at a massive 1.1mm, it's too much and the spark gets blown out.
