Anyone else fitted an R35 maf?

Fitted mine last week to replace an ageing Z32 and help with decel air and so far it's looking good.

I've got 15 odd percent added to the SAFC and removed decel air setting completely which has made it idle nicer and fingers crossed will mean I won't need to have them.there at all

Apparantly they are way less susceptible to turbulence etc

did you put it in the intake side?
I was tempted to convert to one of these but put it in the cold side intercooler pipe

Mines in the same place as standard but I did consider the cold side of my intercooler as they are supposedly good for suck through and blow through

You are running this MAF on a stock ECU with just an SAFC II to sort things out?

the reason im kicking myself about not fitting one is now sometime my engine stalls when I lift off throttle sharply. usually when doing wild backwards entries. that's with a z32 and some fairly bendy pipework

Mine mapped for a Z32 and trimmed from there for an R35.

The stalling was a primary reason for the swap. The SAFC is ok for sorting it but not ideal.
