    Selling things on Ebay

I'm selling something on ebay. I didn't put a buy it now button on, but someone has asked if I can put a buy it now button for £150 which I am happy to take.

What is the best way of doing it as I would rather he got it. Do I risk putting a buy it now button on, or can I delist it? as it has had no bids

Just change it to BIN and tell him to click straight away. Or sell outside of ebay and get him to cover the fees on paypal.

change it to a buy now for the agreed price,as he has communicated with an offer I advise don't try to sell out of ebay
as they will chase it up and send him a message and if he says anything like he bought it or did a deal
they could block account for a month and charge full sellers fees
possible account closed and ban from using ebay, I found the info on the seller forums
