    Os giken 2way diff

Does anybody else here run an os giken 2way diff. I believe they are a clutch type diff. When mine gets hot it make an unholy rattling that sounds like the drive shafts are loose. It's fine when cold, usual knocky noises, but once it's been driven for a short while and it gets hot it just sounds broken. Wondered if this was normal. Iv just checked over all other bushes and shafts on the rear but everything seems fine, nothing loose. It must just be the diff.
Just wondered if anybody else can help, had experience with them. Is it just the clutch type plates that are rattling about once the oil is hot and thinner

    Cheers
    Rich

I had thought that. Iv used the os giken diff oil that everyone says has to go in, but if it's cooked on track then maybe a flush and fresh oil could help
