That awful wing is coming off btw and being replaced with a proper SE V6 wing.

    Thanks all

Going NA to start with as it's going to be road legal and I want to get used to it to start with, what with no abs or any other driver aids.

Maybe go Supercharged at a later date

Here are some more pics from the body shop, who are doing an awesome job.

    Sorry for the delay

    Hi All,
Thanks for the comments, I've been a bit busy and forgot to post an update here (I'm running abuild thread on the Z OC as we have two Zeds and this will have Zed heart)
    So anyway.

The car made it back to Abbey Motorsport and they started the final assembly.

The collection of bits from Australia and the USA has gone together on the rear subframe and a custom propshaft.

    IMG-20200114-WA0000.jpg

So we've got twin rear calipers, stock set-up linked to the front and a separate hydro.

    IMG-20200114-WA0018.jpg

The stronger Z31T axle, stub and companion flanges are in along with KMAC adjustable bushes.

The front is back together with the S13 Brakes, S14 tension rod brackets with Japspeed adjustable tension rods and LCAs.

    IMG-20191206-WA0007.jpg

A set of rack bushes from David Carroll @Experimental Engineering

Custom cross member/engine mounts and gearbox mount by the Guys at Abbey

Awesome job by Terry at RetroMasters

Just realised I missed one update completely.

The body work is awesome, Terry at RetroMasters (Norwich) did an amazing job.

Back to the mechanicals: Engine bay

So, the engine is in and the dash is in progress, it's pretty much just getting the old and new looms connected together so we have a fully road legal monster, but obviously the worldwide pandemic has hit, FFS......

    It is looking fantastic though
