So a few days after the video above, I went down to see her in the metal and the engine bay looks factory. It looks like it was always meant to be in there, I cannot wait until I can do a shake down at Mallory or Donnington to get a feel for her.
Thankfully Abbey have a Hunter Alignment rig so they picked up on the fact my suspension swap was a tad out of whack. The tension rods I'd fitted were way too short, so castor was stupidly high, this was a relatively easy fix with some skyline tension rods about 60mm longer than the S chassis ones I'd fitted

Cheers, I'm so fkin excited about driving her.

Dan who did the test drive to see how the geo was said she's going to be a beast, and she was only running a base map when he drove her.

The screen is now in and the few final bits are being sorted.

So, sorry for the lack of updates.

She made it home at the end of last year under her own steam

I've done a few bits in the last few month and have been out a few times

    She's huge fun.

The site won't let me upload images for some reason, I'll try again later, if yopu want to have a catch up I've dropped the updates I wanted to put here on the 350Z/370Z OC forum.

But needless to say, bigshout out to everyone involved, Brett at FVS in Leicester, Terry at RetroMasters in Norwich, Leadfoot Racing and obviously Mark and the team at Abbey Motorsport for all their work and pulling it all together.

It made 250WHP, so well over double what it would have had when built and around double what I'd got out of the old CA18ET with my boost and IC mods.

I'll try and get some pics up again soon

Little update, she's done about 800 miles this year mainly to shows and gentle(ish) testing.

A few minor issues all sorted easily enough, except for I had a hard time finding a wiper relay but eventually found a Austrian guy who sells New Old Stock for alot of old Nissans.

Slight ECU issue but Mark at Abbey sorted an FOC replacement with Link without any problem.

Made 252whp on the dyno during the swap over to the new ECU

I can't seem to get any images on, so you'll have to checkout the updates on the 350Z OC forum where I've been posting updates as well due to the VQ35DE engine in box.

Drift Day went really well, sat around 89 deg water temp all day, only issue was boiled power steering fluid, so am going to fit a cooler.

    Thanks : )

I've done a couple of shows now as well, this pic is from Modified Nationals

I'm booked for a trackday at Mallory now as well.

Edit: The image doesn't seem to want to load so here's a link.

Mallory went really well, only issue was a lack of bite on the brakes, so I've found some EBC pads that will fit the front S13 brakes, Yellow, and some for the rear, only Green, so I'll let you know the results.
