Sorry for stupid question but I just wanted to check its normal after folding the passenger seat forward (for someone to get into the back) to have to push it all the way back to the end of rear travel before it will catch. It crushes my kids feet every time they get in the back!

Other bit of crap design is the interior light light going off as soon as you shut the door. I had a diy kit from Maplin for my first car 25 years ago to fix that I’m sure I still have it somewhere, must dig it out.
