    Wiring Loom Protection

I'm just getting ready to paint the interior of my stripped track-day S14A. When I put all the interior wiring pack in place, I want to protect it in some way.

In the past I've used split convoluted tubing but it looks a bit shit. I've also done the braided stuff on other projects but I don't think it will cope well with all the branches off, it'd need to be lots of individual lengths and dealing with all the fraying would be rubbish.

I've not tried the adhesive tape route, might be an option.

    What do people recommend?

Standard loom is mostly wrapped in black electrical tape isn't it?

Yeah, but it's a bit shit I reckon. Wanted something a bit tidier. I have OCD with these sorts of things!

Currently thinking lightly adhesive fabric tape, like what car manufacturers use these days.
