Will be good for miles more than 500, should be able to take at least 7-800bhp.

Hennessey do a remap with a air filter and pulley change and make 616bhp

When not in race mode, it only makes around 450 bhp in Sport mode and less in Winter mode and it still spins up the rears like anything when you pin the throttle as demonstrated when I pulled alongside Mark on the way back from breakfast. Basically, it just span the wheels and didn't go forward and that was with the traction control on lol.

What I'm saying is, on the road it already has more than sufficient. If you wanted to drag it then maybe but otherwise, its just pub bragging rights.
The same engine will do 575PS in an F-type with better intake / exhaust.

The intakes and charge coolers are the weak point generally for making more power.

This will be a Gen1 too so slightly easier to extract the numbers from. The later engine (18MY+) needed an SC upgrade and a pulley ratio tweak to get the same power because the ports were changed to get the emissions in the box.

I wouldn't want to be doing more than 600 out of it.

I did the attribute demonstration for the 18MY engine into production

Tyres on the drivers side are marked 2017 rear and 2018 front. On the passenger side there is no markings so I am guessing they only put a date stamp on one side.

They're all the same make and model. Dunlop SportMaxx so I think they are pretty modern.

I'm not going to modify it, I'm just going to clean it, refurb a few minor bits and drive the feckin' thing.

    I didn't modify my 200 until I had had it 7 years.
I've had my Aprilia 5 years and only fitted a smoked screen

You could argue the chargecooler isn't a proper modification, because you're simply just fixing a design flaw

Got to love the SXOC, man buys 500bhp car that can't put all the power down as it is and yet everyone is suggesting power upgrades

Phil had a convertible one of these, said it just wheelspan everywhere. They are a nice looking car, prefer the tin top to a 'vert though.
I'm not sure you can map them much, I had a look a while ago and didn't seem to be much you could do. Maybe the charger is the limit as 5l V8 shouldn't be vaguely stressed at 500.

Someone whose opinion I value has suggested that I should only take advice on power upgrades from those with cars that make more power than mine

Thinking about it you have more than enough power, your reactions start to go when you get to your age

I'll have to get back to you on that one (my reactions are too slow to respond immediately).

Obviously not bhp/tonne. My bike has 980 bhp/tonne so, in theory, I could give myself a serious talking to.

    Outright.
